A mid century American walnut finish sideboard by British furniture makers 'Everest'. The unit is slope fronted, with a large, shelved cabinet enclosed by double helix decorated doors. A very obvious 'nod' to a similar piece by Gordon Russell. It has been professionally re-finished, showing excellent grain pattern & colour. The back plate of the right hand door pull has some damage, but this is not immediately noticeable. There is also a very small section of replacement veneer to the back left hand side bottom corner...again not immediately noticeable.
