A beautiful, solid pine bedside cabinet or storage cupboard, given an entirely new & bold look. It has been aged with numerous painting techniques giving it a beautiful chippy look with plenty of texture. I have used Annie Sloan chalk paints & built up layers of thickened paint in a number of different techniques to create this piece. Snippets of green can be seen just sneaking through the various blues. I wanted this piece to look like it had lead many previous lives & has a story to tell. This chipped, aged look would suit many home decors, from coastal to contemporary to eclectic. The inside by contrast is fresh clean pine, perfect for storing you things in. The top of the piece has been sanded back, white washed & sealed with white wax with light distressing. Please note that this cupboard is very textured with a hand painted feel. All of my items are second hand & lovingly restored. There may be small characterful signs showing this but I will do my best to minimise these, however I do like that each piece already has a history.
