Presented is an antique, German silver scoop made by Neresheimer & Sohne of Hanau during the late 1800s or very early 1900s. This is a very finely hand crafted little serving piece. The handle is done in decorative form of a woman holding up a crowned crest. The bowl is chased with a detailed pub genre scene showing a man & woman enjoying a goblet of ale. The scoop is marked for Neresheimere & Sohne. Guaranteed to be between 800 & 900 purity silver. This piece is in great overall condition, especially for its age.
