Presented is a gigantic, Danish sterling silver serving or stuffing spoon made in Copenhagen in 1908. This piece is so huge that it makes the 1 foot ruler look small by comparison in one of our photos. The large, pointed handle is beautifully hand engraved with bright cut leaf designs & a monogram of the initials MT or MJ. The huge bowl of the spoon has a light gold wash. The back of the handle is marked with the Danish silver three towers mark for a guaranteed minimum of .826 purity silver & in this case 08 for the year 1908, & an assay master's mark for Christian F. Heise. This piece is in fabulous overall condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals & no repairs.
