Presented is a lovely American Brilliant Period cut glass bowl or dish, by renowned cut glass maker Hawkes. The bowl is beautifully & intricately cut with classical hobstars & fan shapes, with feather edge & zipper cut ridges. The rim is done in a scalloped & toothed form, with a very elegant look. This piece is in excellent overall condition. There are a couple of little fleabites here & there to the body & a tiny flake to one of the teeth, but nothing noticeable without close, careful inspection in good light. No sickness or clouding to the glass. The underside is signed for Hawkes.
