EVANGELINE DESIGNS Welcome to Evangeline Designs. We are a UK based business who have been making Personalised Frames / Decorative Frames & Christmas Decorations for over 4 years. We have a 100% feedback & pride ourselves on good customer service. We at Evangeline Designs are very approachable so if you need to ask any questions then please do so. We might not be able to respond straight away but we will always get back to you. Our Photo Frames are made to order, promptly dispatched & personalised with any wording requested for any occasion. We can change ANY wording to suit your needs. We have picture frames which will fit photo size 6x4, 5x7, 8x6 & 10x8 All of which are available in Landscape or Portrait (personalised wording is added at checkout) Our frames are made from wood with a glass front & strut back so you can hang or stand the frame. We use specialist paint markers to personalise your product text. Please use the easy option drop down boxes to choose SIZE & POSITION of frame. Please state personalised wording at checkout or send to us via contact seller. How to order 1. Choose your frame & select the drop down options (size/position) then follow through to checkout/Etsy payment. 2. When checkout is reached please add a message with your personalisation needs. This needs to include all wording. I.E Top of Frame wording, Bottom or frame wording & Left & Right Heart wording. Please include all the details in one message. 3. REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR MESSAGE!! Or we will not receive it. DON'T PANIC. If I notice that some information is missing I will send you a message asking for what I need but this may delay the postage of your item. It all depends on how quick you respond back to me. Evangeline Designs offer a QUICK SERVICE. We produce & post your order between 1-2 working days. (please bare in mind royal mail need to get your products to you after we have produced it) Our frames at Evangeline Designs are great for the last minute gifts! If your item is ordered before 5pm THAT DAY & PERSONALISED MESSAGE IS RECEIVED CORRECTLY we will post next working Day (Monday-Friday) If your wording is not received or unclear we will message you promptly to keep your order on schedule. If Your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will leave by the Monday at the latest Tuesday depending on amount of orders we have received. We work over the weekends if need be to keep all orders on schedule & keep to our quick service promise. It is very important to us that our customers are happy. Please contact us ASAP before leaving unnecessary feedback with any queries we will happily assist you. We post all our items using 1st Class Royal Mail (UK) & International Tracked Delivery. Please make sure your address is correct. Please allow a few days for your item to arrive. Royal mail ( UK ) do not class items as being lost until 14 days from posting. International postage is 28 days before classed as being lost. Please make us aware if your item has not
