Part of my online summer sale. Was £175, now £125. This old gal was in a poor state when I got her. After a thorough clean, sand & necessary repairs done, I decided to enhance the aged look & embrace the style of the piece. I wanted to keep the rustic look so I’ve added lots of texture in the paint & used layers of colour to enhance to richness of the tone. The main colour is a deep purple or plum used with a combination of colours from Dixie Belle Paint. There are hints of other colours peeping through the paint including a soft ochre & neutral griege. I’ve used a combination of clear & black wax to deepen the colour further. The inside has been painted with a custom mix of a vintage green to contrast against the dark plum. White pot knobs make the purple pop & finish the piece. The single drawer, cupboard & shelf space make this a unique piece that would be useful storage for nick-nacks in lots of different rooms in your home including a hall table, bedside or lamp table. Dimensions: 54cm wide, 39cm deep, 96cm high. All of my pieces are vintage or pre-loved & may have some signs of previous use. I clean & thoroughly prep all of the items before painting to ensure the best possible finish. The shipping price shown is for approved courier delivery within England. Our courier service is a one man lift & may require help at the destination depending on the size of the item.
