From a local estate, you are buying a single ceramic chamber stick candle holder. I am unsure of where this was made, though it does have a red stamp on the bottom. At first I thought maybe it was made in China, however, I don't think it's a Chinese makers mark & I welcome information on this particular maker. Measuring approximately 8 1/2 tall, the candlestick has beautiful graceful lines & is nicely hand painted with blue & pink flowers & decorations against an off-white background. I believe this to be lotus blossoms, which is why I'm still not ruling out that this is from China. in very good preowned vintage condition, this is free from damage or repair & would look great in a collection or on its own.
