This beautiful piece of American art pottery was most likely purchased at an Atlanta festival & it is a lovely example of American art pottery. It's signed on the bottom MT '92. The creamer measures about 6 at its widest point from spout to handle, & it's almost 3.5 inches tall. It's a perfect little size to use for one or two folks while drinking coffee or tea. The piece is a heavy stoneware & is a rough dark glaze on the outside, & an iridescent purple texturized interior. It's very unusual. It has a beautiful form & construction & is well-made. in fair to good preowned vintage used condition, it's both functional & beautiful. There is a rough spot on the rim where the glaze has flaked off a little bit, & it looks as if it's been touched up, & there are a few signs of wear on the exterior. I don't think there is anything detracting. My photos & video should be able to give you an idea of its condition. I'm selling it as found, & it is priced accordingly.
