These two pieces are mismatched, yet a nice eclectic & fun set. Dating to the 1960s or earlier, the pieces are both comprised of glass with stamped sterling silver bases. Both around 2 3/4tall, the sugar bowl has applied handles & thick glass, & the little cream pitcher, also with an applied handle, has a sweet heart shape. It's hard to find the marks, though both of the bases are sterling silver, NOT plated. They are marked sterling & are guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. Both of the pieces are functional & elegant & despite being a marriage from two different sets, they'd be nice to use & enjoy during dinner parties. in acceptable fair condition, the glass is basically close to perfect on both pieces. However, the sterling silver bases show some damage. Honestly, it's not overtly apparent when in use & I've priced these accordingly due to the damage. For this reason these are sold as is & priced low & based on condition. Please take the time to view all the photos & zoom in for details as pictures are an important part of the description.
