Can be used in the kitchen for party nibbles such as serving pickles, olives & pretzels. But also is super cute to be used as soap dish in your bathroom too. Practical as well as so pretty :) As per final two photos there's a tiny bit white background coming through on one of the sides. Seems that it just missed a bit of blue glaze when it was made & isn't a chip or a flaw. Other than that, it is in an overall much loved & preserved pristine vintage condition. Beautifully made- seems lovely quality & craftsmanship. Comes with no other flaws or defects, only shows traces of use such as minor surface scratch marks. Light wear consistent with age.
