A Georgian Mahogany Dropleaf Gateleg Dining Table Raised on Cabriole Supports A Georgian mahogany drop leaf gateleg Dining table, raised on long slender cabriole supports. The table is made from mahogany, which has a great rich colour & grain patination. The table is formed with it having a rounded edge. The table has a rounded drop leaf to either side. To either side of the table there is a pull out leg which supports the top. When the top is fully opened it makes oval table, which would seat 4-6 people. The table is raised on long slender cabriole supports, with pad feet. The table is of a great size. It dates to around 1790. Size Height 27.75 Width 43.5 Depth Leaves Down 15.5 Depth Open 45.5 Condition The condition of the table is excellent, with a few light scuffs & marks from use. Overall ready to be used.
