Personalised Ceramic Christmas Tree Decoration with Family Gonk Gnome design. These beautiful flat Ceramic baubles are sublimated so that the design will never wash off or scratch off. It will also never fade. These really are perfect for any Christmas Gonk fan! Get your order in early as these are limited! How to order: Please leave us a comment when purchasing to let us know the family name if any, that you would like added to the bottom of the bauble.. we can also add a year, please let us know this when ordering. If you miss the message section when ordering, please send us a message once checkout is complete. Please Double check spellings when sending the names over, as typing errors cannot be rectified or refunded once made. Please then let us know what family members you would like, by giving us the numbers of the gnome in the sample image. Please also let us know if you have a preference of colour of ribbon to hang your bauble. If no colour is selected we will choose a colour string or ribbon at random. Colour ribbon available to select: Red, Gold, Silver, Gold Glitter, Silver Glitter, Baby Pink, Fuchsia, Royal Blue, Baby Blue, Navy, Turquoise, Purple, Green, Yellow, Orange, Black. If you do not provide personalisation details with your order, we will send 1 reminder message. If we have not received a response within 3 days, we will make the bauble without a name & the bottom of the bauble will just read 'Christmas 2021'We will just print 1 random gonk. Please note that colours may vary from those in the pictures due to screen & monitor colour differences. We may need to contact you about your order from time to time, so please keep an eye on your messages. Any delay which has occurred because of a lack of response will mean your item cannot be posted in the quoted time frame, & we cannot beheld responsible if your order arrives late. We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days (not including weekends) however most items are dispatched much quicker than this, within 1-2 days as long as information is provided with order. All items will be sent out using 2nd class royal mail. The estimated delivery time is 3-5working days, however due to the current situation; please allow extra time for your order to be delivered as some areas are suffering long delays. If you need your item quicker, we would suggest paying the additional fee for 1st class postage which should reach you quicker.
