Designs on cups are made with high quality permanent vinyl. Please expect your order to arrive towards the end of your estimated delivery dates as we are currently needing our full processing time to process orders. At this time our current turn around time for orders to be processed & shipped out is 2-3 weeks. Please note our cups do not come sealed. We do not seal our cups with epoxy, gloss or acrylic due to it not being safe to use on plastic cups. We use high quality permanent vinyl on all our cups/tumblers & sealing is not needed. New plastic 24 fl oz Starbucks venti reusable cold cup with new lid & new green straw. If you would like to include your name on the cup please make sure to include the name, font & color for name in the Add Personalization Box available at the checkout page. Please note the color of name will either default to black or a color which we believe may go well with the cup, if desired color is not added in the personalization box. Care Instructions Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand wash only, no harsh scrubbing or soaking in water for long periods of time. Cup is intended for cold drinks only. IMPORTANT This item is custom made & we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
