A driftwood that could have travelled for years in the Mediterranean was brought by a wave to a beach in the Greek island of Cephalonia. We have searched for it, we have found it, & we gave it a second chance. So it became the base of a creation whose ecological nature is not accidental or artificial. The sea, the waves, the sand, the stones & the sun have taken away the unnecessary & have left the substance, the soul, & the imagination. The hands have given it its final form. Our driftwood lamps have been designed & crafted with care by Dionisios Georgatos. Dionisios is a hard-working, creative & inspired craftsman that loves to incorporate natural elements to our everyday life. Over the years he's been living in Cephalonia, he learnt how to carve & manipulate wood & stone bringing a breath from the sea & the beach in our homes. A significant characteristic that differentiates these lamps from the rest is the hidden power cable inside their structure adding a touch of elegance in your home.
