Giant Blob Art Dome (number 44) The piece is approximately 62cm in diameter x 25cm deep. Colours - Light Grey, White, Ice Blue, Turquoise, Brilliant Blue, Cornflower Blue, Navy Material - Felt. Internal structure - Recycled cardboard. Due to the size of this piece, overseas orders will need to provide a contact number for the parcel (a requirement for larger parcel services) which will be requested after the ordering process. Handmade using felt remnants, each 'blob' is individually stuffed & sewn together, then wrapped over an inner structure made of cardboard. It is ready to hang. There are holes in the back which enable it to be hung straight on to a nail/picture hook in a wall Initially using nature as a reference, these felt blob pieces were inspired by walks on my local beach, where with each change in tide, pebbles appeared & disappeared at the mercy of the sea. Pebbles are incredibly tactile, even under foot, & these pieces of art aim to replicate that. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
