Diagonal Rainbow (number 34) EACH PIECE IS SET INTO A BOX FRAME THAT IS 14 x 14 x 1.5 DEEP. The felt area is 12 wide. Colours - ALL THE COLOURS! Material - Felt Handmade using felt remnants, each 'blob' is individually stuffed & sewn on to a canvas, which is then fixed in to a wooden box frame. This series of tonal artworks are a gradation of multicolour tones. They are ready to hang. Initially using nature as a reference, these felt blob pieces were inspired by walks on my local beach, where with each change in tide, pebbles appeared & disappeared at the mercy of the sea.
