Vintage 60s Midcentury Modern Rosenthal Germany Triangular small bowl from Kunstabteilung Selb White Asymmetric with Rusty Red Brown Interior & white outside, signed by Bele Bachem with a rooster, fowl or bird motif inside the bowl. This is a Rosenthal Germany Vase Kunstabteilung Selb triangular bowl. This is Marked on the bottom in green & is signed by the artist, Bele Bachem. She worked from Rosenthal from 1951 to 1966, so this helps date this RARE piece to this time period. I have never seen this Rooster bowl anywhere or on any listings past or current. This is a smaller size triangular shape bowl with 3 sides. The bowl is 6 inches x 6 inches x 6 inches & about 2 inches deep. I do not not if the bird is a peacock, rooster or ???? The design has a very midcentury look. I bought this dish & a vase in the same color palette. I have put this vase on this listing to show - but it is a separate listing. The color palette is exactly the same, & I have always displayed these 2 together. I am sure this is from the same time period as the porcelain glazes are exactly the same.
