This glass panel illustrates the seaside using low relief & colours to accentuate the motion of the waves & create pebbles on the beach with the sea in turquoise. The relief was applied to the back of the panel leaving the front side smooth. The colours of the sea are turquoise, the sky is fading in blue with birds in the sky. Some parts of the panel are slightly translucent & sandblasted to let the light through when backlit or near a window. This item contains a round fused glass wall panel with a beach design (turquoise & blue) with 3 fixings as shown on the picture, the glass panel would then be at 1.8cm away from the wall. The wall panel is 40cm (16). The panel is ready to attach onto the wall. Dimensions: 40cm | 16 The front of the panel is smooth & the back is textured. CONTAINS: 1 round beach panel 40cm | 16 with a set of 3 fixings & fitting instructions. FIxINGS: includes a set of 3 fixings & instructions, the wall panel will be 18mm(3/4) away from the wall, each fixing is a 2 part fixing provided with 2 allen keys, one part to screw into the wall & the second part is to be tighten with an allen key (provided) for the panel to slide in & to be tighten again. After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs & makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are handcarved, he applies the colours manually & the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C & annealed to ensure strength & durability.
