This large round glass panel is a great feature to have in a home with a beautiful calming sea scene, it illustrates the waves using low relief & colours to accentuate the motion of the waves to create a dramatic effect. The colours of the sea are blue & turquoise, the sky is fading in blue with birds in the sky. Some parts of the panel are slightly translucent & sandblasted to let the light through when backlit or near a window. It has clear circle around the artwork. DIMENSIONS (includes the clear circle): 58cm | 23 The front of the panel is textured & the back is smooth. After completing his degree in Glass in 2002, Matthew worked for a large glass design company in London before setting up his own business in 2012. Matthew designs & makes everything in his studio in Dorset, on the south coast of the UK, near the Jurassic Coast. All the moulds are handcarved, he applies the colours manually & the glass is slumped over the mould in a kiln at temperatures over 800C & annealed to ensure strength & durability. CONTAINS: 1 round Wave Panel 58cm | 23 with a set of 3 fixings & fitting instructions. FIxINGS: includes a set of 3 fixings & instructions, the wall panel will be 18mm(3/4) away from the wall, each fixing is a 2 part fixing provided with 2 allen keys, one part to screw into the wall & the second part is to be tighten with an allen key (provided) for the panel to slide in & to be tighten again.
