Description A hand thrown stoneware bowl finished in obsidian, sapphire float & seaweed glazes. The obsidian glaze has been sprayed on & the other glazes layered on top to give the striking effect of the northern sky in winter as the aurora borealis takes centre stage. This bowl is ideal for serving, displaying sweets, crisps or nuts, used for storage or would look great on display or make an ideal gift. Dimensions Diameter: 11.5cm Height: 6.5cm Notes All my pottery is hand made & dimensions are approximate. The bottoms of my pots are trimmed & will have my seal on the base where possible. All my glazes are food safe so the pots can be used for domestic as well as decorative. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the quality of the glazing.
