I love this gorgeous Iittala Glass Vuoksi Vase By Jorma Vennola, not only for it's beauty, or the undulating wavy lines, or for the fact that it was made in Finland, but also because it was made in 1983, the year that I graduated from high school. It's a mould-blown clear glass vase that measures 8 inches tall by 2.75 inches square. It is in excellent vintage condition. No scratches, chips or stains. Functionality & enduring design are in the core of the design philosophy of the Finnish glassware company Iiittala. Founded in 1881, Iittala started as a glass manufacturer, & today, glass & art glass are still an essential part of its heritage.
