LEAD TIMES: All of our furniture is handmade to order. Orders are ready to dispatch within 5 weeks. Delivery within 14 days. We can only guarantee one delivery offer within this time, however, we will always complete & deliver as early as possible. Time scales exclude holidays. DELIVERY: Our free delivery for large items is carried our either by ourselves or by a specialist furniture courier. It covers most of mainland UK (please see map) but excluding north of Glasgow/Edinburgh in Scotland. It includes a one-man delivery to ground floor only, so help will be required to unload orders if they are large & heavy. If when the delivery arrives there is no one available to help unload your order will be returned to our workshop & you will have to arrange your own courier collection. Outside of our Standard Area. We can arrange deliveries for outside of our standard area & non-UK locations for our customers for an additional cost. This does depend on your location so please contact us for a quote. METALWORK: Any metalwork and/or hairpin legs that are raw steel will age. This could mean they darken & or rust. You can slow this process down by regularly clean with wire wool then seal with clear furniture wax or clear lacquer.
