Ercol Refectory Dining Kitchen Table. This Ercol piece has a very nice polished finish to the top with a few scratches, marks & indentations. The legs & feet have lots of marks & varnish wear, hence price. Still a very attractive & useful table. The customer must ensure that the path is clear & that the furniture can be placed in situ safely & swiftly. 3. Flats/ Apartments not on the ground floor must have a big enough lift to enable delivery. We will only take items up the stairs if access allows, & we deem it safe to do so, Otherwise the item will be left in the communal area of the building. 4.Any addresses which do not have a house number will require the What 3 Words for the address. Please go to https://what3words.com/ or download the app & give us the What3words for their property. Failure to do so may result in a delay of delivery. 5. The Free Delivery quoted is to be included in our normal delivery times - 07.00 -21.30 Mon-Sun. Business addresses we will need opening times at point of sale, & we will arrange to deliver with in those times. 6. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item upon arrival & only sign once they are happy with the condition. We will not be held responsible for any damage once the courier has left the property, The customer is welcome to open the item or ask the driver to assist in opening. If the item is not accepted by the customer for whatever reason other than damage caused in transit a return charge will apply. 7.We are unable to take away any packaging as we do not have the required waste management licence to do so. 8. Please ensure that we are given a mobile number or email address & that they are up to date for the tracking. 9.We send out weekly schedules on a Sunday evening & the message will come via message to mobile or email via Track-pod. When the message goes out, the purchaser has the opportunity to email the courier if the date & time is not convenient, fail to do so will result in an additional delivery charge - to be paid before we re-attempt delivery. 10.Please ensure that all measurements have been worked out prior to us arriving, if an item will not fit through a door or fit in situ we will need to leave the item, & a collection will need to be booked at cost to the purchaser. . 11. Free Delivery is applicable to UK Mainland only. Northern Ireland, Jersey Gernsey, Isle of Wight are NOT included. 12.Should you change your mind, Any cancellations after items have been dispatched will attract a restocking charge, & this will be deducted from
