Two birds candle holders for votive candles/large tea light & pillar candles. Hand made with slab rolled outlines of the flying birds which are worked onto little dishes thrown on the wheel. Using a scoring & clay slip method to attach the owls when both the small dish & owl shapes are leather hard. Then the candle holders are tidied up & the line work is added to the owls. Bisque fired, glazed in a soft white glaze at a high temperature of 1270 degrees these candle holders are fit for purpose. Beautifully functional & lovely to look at. Each candle holder measures approximately 9cm in diameter & 9cm high. Sent in lots of biodegradable & recyclable packaging with a Royal Mail tracked service.
