Featuring a pewter pebble skull pocket hug. Smooth, cool & tactile this makes for a sensory related anxiety tool. It can also be used as a golf marker. Personalisation is optional (up to 10 characters) & will be hand stamped using a hammer & punch around the front edge. Made from offcuts from my pewter cuffs. Hand made from pewter offcuts. Material: Lead free pewter. It will tarnish to black over time. Contact with chemicals such as perfumes or chlorine can accelerate this process. It is not recommended that these items are worn in water. Pewter can be brought back to its original shine with an inexpensive sunshine cloth. PROCESS Pewter offcuts are melted down & poured onto a solderite board to form a pebble. This is pressed into a steel impression die using a 20t hydraulic press. The resultant impression is sanded & polished. If personalisation is chosen, this will be hand stamped with a hammer & steel punch. Impressions are deeper than engraving & spacing & depth will not be consistent. This adds to the handmade nature of the piece & will not be considered a defect.
