ANTIQUE ARTS & CRAFTS HAND-MADE WOODEN HAT STAND WITH RECESSED SHELF A handsome Victorian open cabinet which would have originally been wall-mounted in the hallway of the 19th century home. The lower recessed enclosed shelf has a Celtic inspired gallery which gives an almost church-like appearance. One can imagine such furniture gracing the Vicarage residence of the Brontë Sisters. The piece is not heavy & can be easily moved from room to room as the mood takes you. You will find 101 uses for this in your own home or shop. Perfect too for an Edwardian Tea Shop to display vintage accessories or culinary tins as illustrated in the photographs. Ideal for books, ephemera, as a prop or indeed anything at all.
