After receiving the goods we do have a 10% restocking fee & also postage fee is not refundable. We also want to remind you that even the total price shows free postage (we do pay postage fee to Parcelforce starting from 4.5 to 8.5 per item, example: if the item is listed as (20 & free postage) it is in real 15.5 + 4.5 P&P, so postage fee at this case is included on the price.
