Please note this piece has now sold however If you are interested please get in touch as I get deliveries from France regularly Presenting a stunning, large French Antique Louis XVI Sideboard made from beautiful solid mahogany with a thick Carrara white marble top. The mahogany has been finished with a French Polish & features four drawers & four doors. All doors opening with the keys provided & housing a solid shelf inside. The piece features the beautiful original brass hardware throughout the piece & the piece overall is in perfect condition with some very small minor scratches to the marble (tried to photograph). It has panelled sides & projecting rounded corners making it a true one of a kind, raised on tapered legs & metal caps around the feet. DIMENSIONS W 224 H 100 D 52 cm Delivery 50 for a one man delivery guy - please arrange help your end. If you need a two man team please let me know prior so I can quote accordingly. Delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks after purchase while the couriers arrange their routes. Any delays we will try to let you know ASAP. You will get a delivery date a few days after purchase & a more precise time slot 1-3 days prior to delivery & a courtesy call when the driver is on route. I source independent couriers therefore I cannot be held responsible in the rare instance of any cancelled deliveries/delays in delivery. You are welcome to hire your own courier to collect the item yourself. All items are bubble wrapped by myself prior to collection & strapped well into the vans during transport. aftercare Each piece sent out gets thoroughly cleaned, sanded, primed, painted + varnished using professional products & equipment. We make our pieces as durable as we can to resist little fingerprint & general day to day life in busy houses, however they are painted items & not indestructible therefore we advise the following: to be careful when handling & to always use coasters for drinks clean with mild soap & a damp cloth & not to use any polish be mindful if placing in direct sunlight as this can cause fading be cautious with perfumed diffusers & alcohol as this can dissolve the paint Every item comes with an aftercare kit including the paint + varnish used, a brush & advice. I mainly use Fusion Mineral Paint which takes 28 days to cure fully; in this time please be cautious & handle very carefully. antique & vintage We hand select the prettiest vintage finds, sourcing them from as far as France & the rest of the UK before shipping them to us for their transformation. We are extremely selective in this process & will only choose to work on pieces that don't need major repairs & are already in excellent condition to ensure we provide the best pieces! in the case that there is an antique piece too good to pass on, we will always photograph these knocks & bumps as best as possible, but if you have any queries please contact us.
