Handmade speckled stoneware candlestick holder. Glazed in matte Terra Sigillata on the outside & soft white on the interior. This cute candle base fits an approximately 3/4 diameter taper candle of any height, creating beautiful ambient lighting for a candlelit dinner or any other occasion. Each item is one-of-a-kind, created by coiling & pinching clay into shape, followed by freehand carving & painting the surface. Due to the nature of this process, each object is distinctive & unique; celebrating the character of each item with respect to pattern, surface, size, shape, & color. No two objects are the same. All pieces are food-safe, lead-free, dishwasher, & microwave safe. Handwashing is recommended to best preserve the longevity of your item. Oven use is not recommended. Through the use of simple, pleasing motifs, my pottery conveys a sense of comfort & wanderlust.
