Afterwards wipe with a cloth or a paper towel & let it dry naturally. If you have applied oil, wipe then leave to dry on a kitchen towel. Oil once a month / or as needed with mineral oil. This is a bespoke item & one of a kind. Hand designed & handmade from locally sourced wood.
