Made from solid metal this heavy duty doormat is both a practical & decorative accessory, helping keep your home clean in style. This classic design can be personalised to match your home's character - pick your own design or lettering in the centre to ensure your entrance has the personal touch. The central circular area is personalised with anything you like, with all design work included in the price. After your order is placed, we will send you a draft of your design & make any alterations required to get it just right before your mat is made. There is also the option to add 4x mounting holes, supplied with colour matched screws, should you wish to secure your doormat. This is a very durable finish, which is better than paint & suitable for indoor & outdoor use. Please note - the gloss lacquer finish (colour 21) is for indoor use only. For garden items, as with anything left outside, a wipe down with a soft cloth & warm soapy water is advisable once a year to keep things looking their best. Our products are for decorative purposes only, & their lifetime outdoors depends on many factors such as placement, local environment & any scratches or chips that may occur during installation. As such, we cannot guarantee that they will be completely corrosion free. Over time, small areas of rust on edges, in corners & behind welds/joins on an item are possible & will not effect the structure of the item. For added protection, a spray on acrylic lacquer or varnish will extend the coating life, & can be used to protect areas if they are damaged during installation or use. If you would like to improve corrosion resistance for more permanent items such as house signs, letters used for outdoor/shop signs & similar, we can add a zinc primer layer to your order underneath the main colour.
