The Bowral has a very unique composition of 50% Natural Wool & 50% Jute which when combined gives us a visual feast of texture & evokes images of winter evenings by the fire or long lunches with friends spent in the Australian Southern Highlands. We have combined a beautiful earthy palette of cream, taupe, bronze, black, & a beautifully subtle silver sea blue to create a contemporary yet grounded visual effect & finished the design off with beautiful tassels at each end. Handmade with the flat weave technique of threading individual pieces of wool & jute horizontally across & through a vertical loom provides a durable & textural underfoot design.
