Meredew mid century teak dressing table. A beautifully restored & rare dressing table by English furniture maker Meredew. Consisting of 5 drawers & elegant curved mirror, solid teak handles & leg frame. Finished with good quality teak veneers & drawer fronts that have a pin jointed finish. Here at Ivy Cottage Furniture we pride ourselves on bringing you quality mid century originals in completely refinished condition making sure they'll endure for many years to come. With this Meredew dressing table we've completely stripped the old finish & cleaned it thoroughly adding a hard wax oil finish & loose lined the drawers with a decorative floral print. Being mid century it does have signs of use including dink's, scratches & some slight foxing to the mirror plate but we've sympathetically restored it softening anything that was visible before. It's completely solid & as close to its original condition as it can be. No major flaws to this piece. Lovely condition. Measurements: Dressing Table W153cm D46cm including handles H71cm reducing to 60cm.
