Antique Royal Doulton Burslem Tankard Mug Made in Norfolk, England c 1882 - 1902 Very unusual variation of the Norfolk pattern, with black print on gold/amber, with a brown handle & floral foot rim. A lovely windmill scene & countryside scene. Stamped Crown Doulton Burslem England Norfolk Rd No 25 in script pattern no H7592 Heavy crazing, which is to be expected & most endearing of a piece that is over 110 years of age. 5 1/2 height, 4 3/4 width (includes handle), 3 in diameter at the opening & 4 1/8 in diameter at the base. A tiny nick to the rim, but condition is wonderful A beautiful, timeless piece that has had some wonderful history. Great patina, lovely indeed.
