For the coffee lovers out there - a mug decorated with the caffeine molecule. Volumes (since they're all handmade there is some variation, volumes reported are the minimum): Large 350 mL Medium 250 mL Small 150 mL Espresso 100 mL Hi I'm Judith, thanks for looking at my shop. I make everything in my studio in Bristol, where I've been a potter for over 25 years. I grew up surrounded by blue & white china in my parents tea shop & I've loved the classic combination all my life. To me, these pieces bring back the smell of freshly baked scones with cream, a friendly west country accent & the bustle of a busy cafe in the heart of the community. My striking blue & white pieces touch on the delicate patterns of my parents tea shop but are heavily influenced by Art Deco & are a modern take on the historical & cultural tradition. I'm excited to be back on Etsy after a break of several years with some new work as well as some old favourites. There are my signature caffeine mugs as well as a range of tableware in blue & white, decorated with flowers, spots, stripes, & marbling. Each piece is hand-thrown & because of the nature of the making process, each piece is unique. This gorgeous blue & white pottery, in high fired stoneware, is made especially for the kitchen & the table, the blue & white compliments food beautifully & all pieces are microwave & dishwasher safe. I am aiming to care for the environment & reduce my plastic use. I use some bubble wrap, cardboard & environmentally friendly packing chips.
