Just out of the salt fired kiln are these beautiful altered wheel thrown stoneware mugs with Idaho emblem. This unique technique of firing involves introducing Soda salt into the kiln at 2300F. This results in a beautiful glazed surface caused by fire. Then we slowly cooled the kiln creating vivid color enhancement. Versatile mug for home or travel.
