WHAT TO ExPECT Once your map has been created we will send you a proof using the Etsy Conversation tool. We will not print or ship until we get your approval. To avoid delays please keep open communication with us once you've placed your order. Processing time includes proofing, printing, & delivery to our shipper; it does not include transit time. Processing time will be affected by any delays you have in communicating with us. Each shipped order is packaged with care instructions to ensure that your item lasts a lifetime. All items are created & printed onsite, we do not use 3rd party manufacturing.
