A local artist added a personal touch to this Lehman Brothers design, double silverplate on copper, creamer & sugar set. The body of these ornate pieces are painted a creamy beige, while the handles & pedestals are a shiny copper, matching the dot & swirl design around the top. The main feature of these unique pieces are the one-sided bouquet of pink roses, nestled among green leaves. The artist, Bev Flory, signed both pieces. There is significant paint chipping on both pieces, including on the lid of the sugar bowl, rim of the creamer & pedestals. There are also 3 areas on the creamer that appear to have been touched up & the paint didn't match well or didn't blend; the largest area is on the back of the creamer & is pictured in #10. The other areas are small touches. These would be for decor only, no food use. I love that the artist had such a great vision to update these pieces! Creamer is 4.5in tall & pedestal is 2.5in diameter. Wt is 9oz Sugar bowl is 6in tall with lid & pedestal is 2.5in diameter. Wt is 14oz Please look at all pictures carefully, as they are part of the description. These items have been either well-loved or neglected in their former lives, & they do have some flaws.
