This vase was broken into multiple pieces, then repaired using the method of kintsugi (glued back together with gold to celebrate the beauty in brokenness & imperfection - the Japanese concept of wabi sabi). Comes with a specially designed card explaining the meaning of kintsugi (see photo 4). Best for dried or artificial flowers, or simply as a beautiful piece of home decor - does not hold water. To clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash in the sink or dishwasher. 6 inches tall, 9 inches wide & 3.5 inches deep (15 cm x 23 cm x 9 cm).
