What to expect: Our wall decor is made from beginning to end in our shop located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are a small business that takes great pride in the items we make. We first began crafting our maps in our 2 stall garage in 2015 & have created a wide collection of wall decor & wall art for any room. If you aren't sure - please see our Reviews! We have no doubt that your item will be better than what we can capture in the photos & video displayed. What you can expect from us: 1. Order is placed 2. We will reach out to update you on our current wait time (usually 1-2 weeks). 3. You will receive a mock up of your order if you requested custom text. You will still be able to make changes, & we will wait for your final approval before we carve your map. 4. Production begins & takes about 2 days from the time we start 5. Item is packaged, & you will be notified with tracking information on the day it is ready to ship. 6. Item will ship in a custom made box, with protective packaging material. 7. Item is ready to hang straight out of the box! Damages are rare, but they can happen during transport. If your item is damaged, please message us photos. We will take care of it from there & send you a replacement at no cost! TIMING Most Knotty Gal wall decor is NOT stocked. It is custom made-to-order. Processing time averages 1-2 weeks plus shipping, but that will vary throughout the year. Message us if you need your order by a specific date.
