Pre-orders & custom orders may take up to 8 weeks to create, if there are any delays further to 8 weeks we will contact you :) CARE INSTRUCTIONS This item has been made from local Australian stoneware clay & fired twice for strength & longevity. It is microwave & dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing as much as possible to preserve the glaze. We have glazed this item with lead-free, food safe glaze. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS If the shipping price does not appear correct, please contact us to confirm, as depending on the item, the shipping may be less. Please note once your order has shipped with Australia Post & has departed Australia, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim with the courier directly for lost shipments. We recommend requesting shipping insurance which can cover damages.
