1970 Norway Skiing Poster, Snow, Sun, Fun, Norway Travel Association for Norwegian State Railways, tourism skiing vacation wall art decor This is a Norwegian ski poster from 1970, shows a typical winter scene, complete with a whole family set of matching woolly jumpters. The family are resting in the sun & having a snack of oranges with a hot thermos filled with a hot beverage, in the Norwegian mountains. Wooden skis are packed up behind them, & the sun is glistening off the snow. Printed Offset by Dreyer Aksjeselskap Photos & design from Sohlberg Publisher: Norway Travel Association & Norwegian State Railways Dimensions: 39.5 in x 24.5 in (100 cm x 63 cm) Condition: There is paper loss to the top left corner, & some old tape marks in corners & pinholes. No significant problem if framed with mats. See photos for detail. Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear & tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, & edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm. When framed these colourful & detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time. These posters are sent as unframed.
