All mugs are sent boxed in either a smash proof box (ceramic) or with bubble wrap (enamel) to ensure they arrive safely. All our mugs are printed using the highest quality sublimation process, allowing a stunning combination of colours. We use superior quality white ceramic mugs with a high gloss finish. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. Enamel mugs need to be washed by hand rather than in the dishwasher to avoid rust marks occurring. Due to the nature of enamel, there might be bumps & blemishes. Cancellations & returns are not accepted on personalised items. If your parcel is returned to me for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) then you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent.
