Wellington family mug - choice of colours, suitable for between 3 & 6 family members, mix of humans & cat/dog. Families of 4 or more will have the name once & the wellies spaced out to wrap the mug (photo 2). Under 4 people/animals will have the image on the front of the mug & the name/message on the reverse (photo 3). made from: 11oz ceramic mug Each mug is customised in our Newcastle studio. All mugs are sent boxed in either a smash proof box (ceramic) or with bubble wrap (enamel) to ensure they arrive safely. All our mugs are printed using the highest quality sublimation process, allowing a stunning combination of colours. We use superior quality white ceramic mugs with a high gloss finish. Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. Enamel mugs need to be washed by hand rather than in the dishwasher to avoid rust marks occurring. Due to the nature of enamel, there might be bumps & blemishes. Cancellations & returns are not accepted on personalised items. If your parcel is returned to me for whatever reason (incorrect address, not at home when delivered etc) then you will need to pay another postage fee for the item to be re-sent. Please note that I am not responsible for Royal Mail's delivery times & refunds will not be made for any item which arrives past the expected delivery time. in the unlikely even of your order arriving damaged, please message me with a photograph showing the damage & packaging & a replacement will be sent.
