50s Red Knee Hugger Japan? elf shelf sitter felt pixie elf ornament knee hugger decor. Vintage red elf knee hugger ornament. This adorable knee hugger has a painted face & a rubber head. There are some imperfections near the eyes (see photo #5 & #6). The elf is in good condition & has all its parts. There are no holes or fading of the felt material. There is a yellow plastic string for hanging. This elf is similar to the ones made by Commonwealth of Pennysylvania Made in Japan but the sticker is missing. It looks like the left portion of the hat has come apart from the head (the glue has faded off)see photo #7. The flaws mentioned have been reflected in the price. Still a cute, little elf & ready for your decorating needs.
