The shade pictured is 30cm in diameter by 21cm height This stunning great wave design offers a contemporary update to your usual wave lampshade, & has a somewhat Japanese feel to it. It looks particularly good with the gold lining, although this does block some sideways light so be sure to see the last photo on the listing. Cresting waves & sea spray make a beautiful feature that's sure to look good in any home, particularly those by the seaside! Standard sizing details The standard depth for 20cm & 25 cm shades is 18cm The standard depth for 30cm & 35 cm shades is 21cm The standard depth for 40cm & 45 cm shades is 25cm Please see the last photo for an example of the gold liner versus the white liner. The gold liner on the left will block a lot of the sideways light as it is thicker - so please ensure that you are happy with this prior to ordering thank you. All shades are professionally made by hand in my North Devon studio. They have rolled edges with 1 single seam, & can fit both lamps or ceiling lights (pendants). All inner panels have been tested in the Lighting Association Laboratories & have passed the glow wire test which is the British Standard for Luminaries. Any fabrics, textiles or paper that I laminate to the inner panel are fire resistant. The ring fitting is adjustable for 29mm aperture (UK fitting) or 42mm aperture (European & USA fittings). I would recommend the use of a low energy bulbs (40 watts or less). All lampshades are individually made, so patterns placement may vary from the photo, the back seam may not always pattern match due to the variety of fabric & sizes that I offer. I take great care to achieve an attractive overall appearance & can email photographs of your finished shade prior to posting, if you so wish.
