It is perfect to wear as part of a halloween fancy dress outfit or as a casual day skirt. The skirt is made from high quality 100% cotton fabric. The waist is made from stretchy cotton lycra which is perfect for babies & children as it has maximum comfort & ease of wear. This style comes in a range of colours & patterns including lots of halloween prints. Please see my other items for the full range. All seams are finished off by using an overlocker . This item will be cut, sewn & made by myself with the greatest of care for a professional finish. There is a label on the bottom side seam. To keep this item in great condition machine wash at 30 degrees, hang to dry & iron. Fabric content 100% cotton / cotton jersey 95/5% Please note as per manufacturers instructions the fabric has been pre washed to avoid shrinkage. The item can be made in a range of sizes.
