I love sending extra goodies, so this is why I overcharge & refund later :) Resin Casting: Each resin-cast piece made in a one-part mold will have a bottom side. Resin is made using a chemical reaction, so a small lip occurs due to what we resin artists call shrinkage. Each piece has the bottom edge sanded preliminarily so it's smooth & safe to handle, however, the small lip is completely normal. Because this is a result of the material, we can't accept returns/refunds for resin items like resin crystals because they have a small smooth lip. However, if you'd like to, you may remove the lip yourself by wet sanding with PPE. If you do this, know that it is possible to scratch the item & damage the clarity. Thanks for understanding! We do not accept cancellations since each order costs us fees that we do not get back from Etsy upon canceling. Lately, we have had a lot of scammers ordering & canceling in attempts to get free items, & impatient folks wanting same-day shipping & canceling because it didn't ship the same day.
