ITEMS DAMAGED OR PART ORDER LOST in TRANSIT If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days with clear picture of damage. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Once we know you have received damaged item we will investigate the matter fully both internally & with our carriers. Investigations into damaged parcels can take up to 30 days for domestic & 90 days for international. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
